SIGGRAPH 30th Year Logo Selected

In the November 1998 issue of "Computer Graphics," we announced the celebration of the 30th year of the SIGGRAPH organization. To celebrate SIGGRAPH's 30th year, we will have exhibits and events at the SIGGRAPH 99 conference and other venues during the year. We have created a new version of the SIGGRAPH logo to highlight the celebration. The exhibits for the celebration will highlight activities by SIGGRAPH committees that occur throughout the world and throughout the year. As we look at current activities, we will also look towards the future for SIGGRAPH and for computer graphics.
